Revivion Order Operations

The operational challenge was not a single missing feature. Payment confirmation, invoice processing, parcel locker selection, label creation, printing and shipment tracking lived as separate tasks that required repeated manual attention.

We designed one Odoo workflow that reads bank documents, matches incoming payments to invoices and moves paid orders into delivery processing. For eligible orders, the system resolves the customer parcel locker, creates the Unisend shipment and prepares the label for immediate printing.

A local print agent connects Odoo with the GoDEX printer, so approved labels can be sent directly from the invoice workflow. Delivery statuses are synchronised back into Odoo and recorded in the activity history.

The same operational view also gives the team access to the complete Unisend history for each customer. Shipments are grouped by tracking number, while every shipment can be opened to inspect its full event chronology.

The result is a connected operational process with fewer repeated checks, clearer responsibility and a traceable path from payment to delivery.
